    I honestly do not recommend this place at all. I got my car in August of 2023. What I thought was completely perfect for me and my kids. I needed something reliable as I am a single mother and trying to do my best with a bare minimum job. I want to say within 2 months of getting the car from the lot my engine blew. As everything (fluids) were good and up to date. I never let my car run low on anything. So I let them know that I had an extended warranty on it and not their warranty because something told me play smart not quick. After they had my car for over a week I was becoming aggravated with no answers, missing work, appointments and functions that me and my children had planned. They told me they were unable to fix it and couldn’t find my warranty while still paying them faithfully their payments. Weeks and months go by and my car is still sitting back in their lot while they are “waiting” for answers. So after finally finding the warranty company and supposedly fixing the situation, it breaks down on them over and over again. Then my throttle system went while it was in their care. They had my car for 4 months. When I finally get it back there were small things that were happening and I decided to just come out of pocket and pay for on my own. Well I was driving the other day and my car cut off in busy traffic with no sign of lights or any beeping. Come to find out the engine blew again. I explained to them I at this point want a new vehicle or I was taken them to court. They told me the motor had a year warranty and now they are telling me that it’s up. The car isn’t even a year old how is the motor warranty up? Now they won’t reach back out to me and when they did last week it was very very little information where the story keeps changing. I have heart problems and my daughter has seizures. I need transportation. I feel very angry with this situation. I feel because I’m a female and don’t know much they made it all sound so good just to make a sale.

    DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR PERSONAL INFO. I worked with 1 salesperson and 3 managers during this experience so I can honestly say the issue is with the dealership as a whole not 1 person.
    The car I chose had just arrived and needed touch ups before it was ready including popping out and repainting a dent, which they assured me would come right out. They had me make a $200 deposit to hold the car. For a week the salesperson was texting me updates about the repairs and kept assuring me it would be ready in a day or 2. Finally the big day came and he claimed it looked great and was ready for me. When I arrived at the dealership however the dent was still very present and unpainted. When I pointed this out he and the managers rushed it to the back to try to fix it while I sat there for over an hour. Finally a manager came out and admitted that they couldn't have it ready that night and I would have to come back yet again. He assured me they would get to it the next day right away. The next day however they texted me that nothing had been done to the car--its been about a week and a half at this point. I told them I was going to look at other vehicles.
    When I buy from another dealership, my insurance company tells me that Certified Autobrokers had gone ahead and switched my insurance to the car I didn't take earlier in the week. So for FIVE DAYS I was driving around in my own vehicle uninsured. What would have happened if I had been involved in an accident?! They never bothered to tell me they had done this or taken the time to switch it back when I told them I wasn't taking the car.
    At that point ***** **** must have shared that I wasn't buying their vehicle because they posted it for sale ASAP... except they didn't bother to refund the $200 deposit I had made to hold it. I had to call repeatedly and speak to 3 different people to get my money refunded, 1 even tried to say I had only paid $100.

    I just finish for my car last month and the car right away after paying is not working. I brought it to the place I bought it after spending the whole day with the car staff "mechanic" said he doesn't know what is wrong with the car. How is that even possible. Seems to me they want to steal my money.

    I am absolutely dis satisfied completely with the purchase of the truck I have bought from here. The service dept is absolutely incompetent and horrible to deal with. The management dept very unsatisfactory to the customer. I gave a large down pmt and even paid cash on their best warranty. The truck has had nothing but issue after issue and been there to be fixed more than we have been able to drive it literally since it left the lot. There is NOTHING CERTIFIED ABOUT THIS TRUCK NOTHING AT ALL. I’ve asked to be compensated by taking the truck back and give me a different truck and NOPE don’t want to compensate the customer at all. There is a huge ongoing issue with the computer system and or wiring that controls the truck completely and they have fails multiple times with fixing the problem. The truck is a LEMON and now I have to contact legal system to get this dealt with because they don’t want to take care of this problem. This truck is a death trap completely and NO ONE THERE CARES. Absolutely disrespectful. THEY ARE NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER THERE JUST FOR THE MONEY AND THATS DISGUSTING. I have a book of mechanical problems that it’s been taken back there for and still not fixed due there negligence of diagnosis of the actual problem. Thank god NEW YORK STATE HAS LEMON LAW.

    Purchased a used car for my daughter in May 2022. Entire process was smooth, a few weeks later we had a slight issue with the tire, and they fully fixed it. We returned for an oil change, and inspection. Sales and Service center are very attentive and do great work. It’s all about the customer and customer service. People typically only leave negative reviews on BBB but I wanted to make sure Chris, Whit and Dakota are recognized for the outstanding business they are doing!

    I wish i never bought a car there. 27,000 miles or 18 months later and was quoted with a $5k repair bill. 189 months later! I paid 20k for the car, that's %25 of what i paid just in one repair 18 months later. Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

    The best of the best team I have ever encountered
    Tim R and Travis from icertified ibrokers. From the beginning to the end this fantastic team stayed dedicated to the task at hand finding every solution possible to get everything process complete, our family walked away with a new truck.
