    I was just in there getting my car fixed not to long ago, paid over $400 to get it fixed. They did not fix it properly and my lights on my dashboard are back on. This has happened to multiple people who have gone there, and multiple people have said they aren't bringing there car there to get fixed again.

    I have attached the original invoice for repairs to ****** ******* - 2011 ****** ******* from Novembr 28, 2022.  At this repair we scanned a check  engine light with 2 codes P0031 - O2 Sensor and P0128 Veritable Valve.We replaced an o2 sensor and cleaned the VVT solenoid.  Then drove the car to complete the monitors for inspection.  Also attached is the inspection report showing all monitor were set at time of inspection.  So at that point the check engine light was repaired and stayed out and there were not any incomplete monitors for the inspection.I cannot be positive what day it was but the first week in February 2023, ****** came to the office at almost 5 pm, upset that her light was back on.  At that point we told her we would need to set up a time to look at it that all the Technicians leave at 4:30 so there was not anything we could do at that point.  But we could set up a time for her to bring it in or to leave it. She choose not to make an appointment at that point.  The following morning there was a very nasty message on our answering machine from ****** about her car. She was cursing and screaming on the machine.  Then that morning ******'s Mom ******** called about the car.  I spoke with her and told her that ****** needed to leave the car with us so we could look at it.  That I could not tell why the light was on and I did not know if it had anything to do with what we had done.  SHe told me that ******** **** told her it needed a starter and Alternator.  She was upset because she was having to take ****** to work because she could not use her car.  Again I said it needs to get her for us to look at it.  That Calling or leaving nasty messages was not helping, that we could not do anything until the car was here.  SO if she could leave it that we would scan it to find out what was going on.A few days later Tim Thomas the shop manager received a phone call from another repair facility, asking what we did for a tune up  on ******'s Car.  We told him we did not do any tune up and what we had done.We have not heard anything ele.  Please let us know what else you need for information we are happy to help or answer any questions Thankyou Lynn W*****
