      ******** customer service. They didnt send me the proper products. I ordered a controller in the picture on the website it had black buttons and looked like it had lights on the bottom for the traffic advisor. The controller shipped to me does not. Also purchased an extension wire, said its for light bars longer than 31 inch. I have a 48 inch and it still didnt work. Also wouldnt plug into my current controller or the new controller. **************** agent didnt care at all and said that the controller is the one online and the wire is only for full-size light bars. What a s***** company and will not purchase from again.

      I purchased a light bar from ledequipped in September of 2023. It took 6 weeks or so to even get the bar. Then within 2 months one of the iodes burnt out. I asked them for a replacement lightbar and they told me they would not do that but they could send me out a board for the lights. After about 6 weeks I finally received this 'board' and went to put it in so I would have my safety lights so I can pilot again only to find when I opened the box that there was a s**** missing, the other 3 screws were stripped and you could tell it had been previously been mounted into another light bar. Not only that but the plug was melted. They told me they couldn't do anything more than send me out another board. I need this to do my piloting work and I've been without the lightbar since early January. Mind you, I have only been able to use my lightbar for about 2 weeks since I purchased it. The customer service with this company is WORTHLESS to say the least. My best advice is to customer beware. READ all reviews on this company. I'm trying now to get my money back from this transaction through my credit card now.

      Terrible customer service. *** lost / damaged my package to where they had to discard it. I contacted "customer support" and they forwarded my info to ***. *** reached out to ask what the problem was, problem was explained and *** said he would ship a new package out Wednesday. Package never came. I reached out to *** again today to try and get tracking on the new package which he couldn't / wouldn't provide. He just kept telling me it was already shipped. So I left a review on ****** about my experience with customer service being complete trash. I then received another email from *** threatening he would cancel the order and recall the package if I didn't remove my review. I didn't. I was refunded for my purchase. The only positive that came out of this situation.
