    We received an estimate, paid the deposit of $450 via credit card, and the origin payment of $1127.40 via money order, of the total **** as per the contract. We have the destination portion of $751.60 ready as per the contract via money order. The company picked up the stuff 4/14/23 and it was to be delivered at the latest date 21 days after. We were ready to receive the stuff the entire time, as we were loosely told it would arrive 4/22/23. They then tried to charge storage fees, were non informative the entire time about where my stuff actually was, and we are still waiting for the delivery 5/23/23. They are telling ** now they cannot bring it to our door as well (when it was contracted as door to door service). They are also saying we need to unload it from the semi, when the contract directly states door to door service loading and unloading included. They have changed the delivery date 3 times in the last week. We would like to actually receive my stuff first of all, and are requesting a significant refund as we have had to spend extra money renting trucks, taking time off of work, and hiring someone to help unload the stuff as I cannot do it myself.

    I contacted HA Moving Service to provide me with a quote for a move from ******** to *******. I was comparing prices between 3 companies and looked up reviews of all 3 companies which this company didn't have ANY. I needed to have the item picked ** in a short noticed anf delivered the same week. The sales rep immediately contacted dispatch and was able to schedule us in within minutes. I gave them a 450 dollar deposit and asked to do the remainder in a break of two payments. **** and his lead manager (i noticed when she/he would mute our conversation as he was talking to me, now i know it was when they felt he was explaining too much) such in a rush to get me booked and get compensated for his sale that he failed to tell me how they dont take credit cards after my deposit was made with a credit card, that it has to only be made with cashier check or money order! My items where not sent and only received a email that went to my spam telling me to call them about my second payment. I called and they couldn't schedule my shipping after i sent them a picture of the cashier check because their billing department was closed for the holidays. I called again tuesday after the holidays and they have yet to get the "green light" from billing to schedule me items to be delivered. WORST DECISION EVER, i didn't go with the lowest estimate thinking that they would srew me over but even going with the higher price they are so incompetent. My items can be delivered within a 1 1/2 days and they wont because billing dont communicate with dispatch. HORRIBLE
