      Crooks. They do not care about the lives of anyone in their buildings. Laws exist to PREVENT people like this from being able to run a company like this. I have witnessed firsthand the financial, emotional and mental turmoil these horrible people inflict on their victims.. who are merely people who make the bad decision of trusting these people and signing a lease with them. In the world of hypotheticals.. lets say .. ANY worker at Citi-urban was offered $100 and saving the life of a random innocent man or $101 but unfortunately that innocent man would immediately die a painful premature death they wouldnt hesitate they would take the $101.They would be confused why you are confused why they took that over the $100.. $101 is a bigger number! .. see what Im saying? Humanity .. it doesnt even register to these people. They are confused why you expect to come home and not have to run through hoards of rats to get inside or not have water pouring through the walls of your bedroom at night because of extensive and unfixed water damage.. or having heat for weeks at a time in the dead of winter.. hot water.. and you expecting those things is an insult to them. Because that means they would need to PAY to fix stuff.. and that means them spending money that makes you a problem. You should just be happy letting them essentially rob you of thousands of dollars of your hard earned money every month for the ability to live in the building they let fall apart and your basic survival needs cannot be met. You should be GRATEFUL.So GOD FORBID you send an email asking for heat in your building when youre on day 8 of none and your elderly neighbors are starting to get ill.. dont you know that theyre on their 15th vacation this year? But you are so blessed enough to have gotten an away from the office automated response. You should feel very grateful.THAT is what living in a building ran by these criminals is like.
