  This company has let their property in ****************. deteriorate so badly the roads are undrivable without damaging your vehicle or someone else damaging your vehicle trying to avoid massive potholes. It is a real shame to treat the business owners to this sort of abuse as it is driving away customers. They should refuse to pay their rent b until repairs are done.

  Our mall roads that they own have gigantic craters and it is so dangerous even for truckers to drive through for deliveries. They promised to fix them in January and have done nothing.

  Namdar Realty has put money over public safety!!! I put my family in danger of serious injury every time we go to ***************. The potholes are now so large and deep they could be called sinkholes! The absentee landlord refuses to repair and has shown no sighs of making the roads safe. I refuse to go there if it rains and camouflages the hidden land mines! Also not fair for the paying businesses that are already struggling!

  This company only cares about the bottom line, and not the customers that help get them there. The ********************* location is riddled with potholes. These pot holes are hug, and are all over the campus with many unavoidable. Many, many vehicle damages are piling up and when drivers have called to NAMDAR to rectify the situation, those calls either go ignored, OR they lie and tell reporters they'll fix it on a specific date. That date passes and we're left with bigger potholes. They've been sued by our local township for the state of the roads and they still don't care. Disgusting excuses for human beings own this company. Anyone giving them anything above a 1 star review is a paid review, please know that. No one thinks this group is wholesome and here for our community. No one.

  Slum lords that allow their properties to fall into disrepair. Roads are impassable and filled with potholes. Company is unresponsive and takes no accountability for damage caused to vehicles by poor road conditions.

  Poor business practices, and neglectful of their property and respect for the community that our shopping center is located in. There are numerous articles in the ****************** like the one shared below. The immediate problems are the countless pot holes in all the roads that are so plentiful that this is a public safety concern. Beyond that, the property was re-assessed and devalued, so the local school district and tax payers had to pay back money to this property that is being neglected. And third, people work here, its where they earn their livelihood and get groceries and shop for normal day to day items and services. This should not be allowed.****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

  Horrible slum lords. They have left HUGE potholes and just holes around the **************************, lied about fixing them, wont answer phone calls and have avoided the local news. Its only a matter of time before someone gets hurt or crashes their carthese potholes could for a whole cow, theyre huge. Its going to be a lawsuit.
