?? WARNING: NO TRANSPARENCY FROM ROK FINANCIAL *************! ??I want to alert business owners about misleading financing practices. ROK Financial presented me with ************* Flex Line or Line of Credit, but in reality, it was a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) or a Purchase of Future Receivables.?? ***** ************* of Transparency:? They disguised an MCA as a Flex Line or Credit Linebut it was not a true credit line.? They never provided clear terms upfront and misrepresented how the financing worked.? The repayment structure was NOT disclosed properlypayments were daily/weekly, NOT monthly like a real credit line.? No fixed interest rate, just huge factor rates that make the repayment amount skyrocket.? Not regulated as a traditional loan, making it hard to fight legally.?? If a lender wont clearly explain how the repayment works, or if they call it a Flex Line but dont show real loan terms, RUN!?? If you cant pay, heres what they do:? Freeze your bank accounts.? Put liens on your business and personal assets.? Contact your clients and vendors to ruin your reputation.? *** youand they usually win.?? How to protect yourself?If the lender is not fully transparent, walk away.If theres no fixed interest rate and they mention Purchase of Future Receivables, its an MCA.Always consult a lawyer before signing ANY financing ************** funding through banks or reputable lenders.?? Very deceitful. They hid a junk fee that was roughly the same amount as the funding fee from the actual lender. The lender told me they don't allow these type of junk fees. I haven't been refunded yet. My next step will be the attorney general. Disappointing experience for sure. Proceed with caution.ROK Financial

Its surprising to see all these good reviews about this company. I am a sole proprietor and been a physical therapist for seven years running my business from home and also outbound. I make between ******* to ******* depending on the year. This company claims to have different financing options in which I applied for an *** loan in which they told me that I would not qualify for it, which is very confusing to me because the *** is the one that is supposed to approve you and my credit score is very good and my **** score under the *** guidelines is also good. This company offered me $5000 which is a slap in the face for me. That amount of money will not help my business. All I asked for was $25-$30,000. I would stay away from this place. I applied at another place and they approved me for $25,000 in working capital.ROK Financial
