    Monique W***** and Sean W******** and the folks at Team Hired have a truly innovative and successful approach to getting agency owners from “I can’t find staff” to “I’m fully staffed and turning them away”.
    Within two weeks I had interviewed close to 40 people, done a dozen 2nd interviews, and had 6 accepted offers. Monique was excellent at engaging with and managing large group interviews of 10 to 30 people.
    The second weapon in their arsenal is Sean and the Boot Camp. This takes unlicensed candidates through an accelerated coached study program. It reduces the time to get candidates licensed and increases the likelihood of them getting licensed. Sean is high energy and hands-on with the boot campers.
    I love that I get daily status reports of their progress so I can tailor feedback to my candidates.
    They should call themselves Team Turbo Hired because they really accelerate the process. When you need licensed agents to open or to quickly fill openings this is a solid way to go. Time is money and Team Hired saves you a lot of time.

    10’s across the board for Berenice with whom I’ve interviewed with. Her kind energy was infectious and her and Tom’s straight to the point info during the group interview process made retaining and responding all the more easier.

    Josie is really good at what she does! What makes her really good at what she does, is that she enjoys what she is doing! You can feel the energy and the vibe coming from her during her presentation. She was able to gather our largest amount of candidates so far and helped us set up several interviews off one call. Excellent job Josie! Very pleasant experience, once again! Look forward to the next one!

    I had a lovely interview experience! Made me feel comfortable and included even though it was a group interview I felt when it was my time to speak the focus was solely between me and the individual asking the question. Ashlee was super welcoming and a great help.
