    -I paid $52.00
    -the business was supposed to give me a free quote
    -I spoke to two separate managers yesterday and was told to call back the following day to speak to an operational manager. I did that and left my name and phone number and have not received a call back
    -the business apologized but did not give me my money back
    -The service was not completed because the men were not able to do what I needed. The workers were about to leave when he proceeded to tell me about the fee when clearly online it did not say anything about that. I ended up paying the fee because he called his manager and she said there's no exceptions so I paid the $52.00 ($50 plus $2 fee). Right when they left I called the store and they said every Stanley Steamer location has their own pricing because its a franchise and because i booked online i was not aware of the fee. the woman i spoke with got defensive very fast after i asked her how was i supposed to know about the fee if it said online that it was free. she was going back and forth with me about how they have to pay workers and the traveling around the island and so on. another manager was put on phone and asked what more do i want from them and ultimately i was my money back. she said she didnt have the authority to do that and to call back the following day. I called this morning and gave my name and phone number so a manager that was higher up could call me back and I did not get a call.
