    I tried to order a part for my ** car, the first time I received an error after submitting the payment on 10/29/2024 I tried again and got a order number and confirmation on the page. But never received anything in my email.

    I have tried 5 times to use their "contact us" form to try and get a refund with no response. There is no phone number listed on the account. I have also not received any messages in my email about the support ticket I submitted.

    I made a purchase on 04/20/2023 in the amount of $109.99 and I still haven't received my order.

    There is no contact number, only the address: **** **** ******** ****** ********** **** ** 
    My payment was made thru ****** (friends & family), so I have no recourse.

    The email that showed on my ****** account is:
    - ******* ******** (when I click on message user, it tells me "You're unable to send this user a message"
    - ************************** - All the emails I have sent, get bounced back and I am unable to reach anyone.

    Attempted to purchase a drain snake on Bauer site titled Bauer-shops.com. I purchased the drain snake for 65.00 with a 19.00 express shipping charge for a total of 84.00. This was on 2/09/23, it’s currently 2/28/23 and no product has been received, there is generally a 17 day wait for items without the express mailing charge, have emailed company but no response has been received. No tracking or order number just a receipt of purchase on my bank account.
