      On 4/20/2022 I had placed a deposit of $250 to hold a 10 passenger vehicle for a wine tour on 7/30/2022. I received an email the week of the tour stating that we were booked for an 11:00 pick up and that the limo provided would also have ice and water available. We were also told that we would need to pay for the remainder of the tour, which was an additional $1372, only in cash and that the driver will collect it from us prior to departing. The limo arrived with no ice only warm bottles of water and upon entering the vehicle we noticed immediately that it was very hot. We asked the driver to increase the air conditioning in the limo and he said he was having a technical issue but that it would be resolved after our first stop. After finishing at our first location we got into the limo and it was still as warm as before. Again I was told that it was being worked on. After we left our second location the vehicle was hotter than it had been all day and was a safety issue at this point. The driver apologized and told us that they tried to contact the owner, *******, but that he wasn't answering his calls. At this point as we were driving to our last location we had several passengers who were extremely sick from the heat in the car. This is a major safety issue to be driving people in 90 degree heat knowing they will be drinking at each location. I requested that another vehicle be sent for the 45 minute drive home as we had several passengers with health issues including asthma and was told we would not be receiving another vehicle. I was told ******* would call me on Monday to discuss but did not hear back. I have now reached out 5 times in the 12 days since we had our tour and received nothing back from *******. We paid for a wine tour, with a driver and a functioning vehicle. We did not receive that.
