    I placed an order on 12/1 and never received it. I requested a refund repeatedly and they never issued one.

    I made an order on 11/11/2024 and have heard nothing since. I followed up and got one reply telling me I would be notified of the status once the item was shipped. My query was actually to know when they planned to ship the item.Nothing on their website suggests that a consumer would have to wait almost a month now for a product to be shipped and arrive.If payment can be taken so easily, the least they can do is provide updates as to when inventory can be shipped. I have followed up again asking for an update as to when the item I ordered will be shipped and if they can't provide that, a full refund. Still no response.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by RhinoRope regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     The item has still not been received, and they still cannot provide a date, although they continue to take orders and money from orders. I find it difficult to understand they have no way of having any indication of dates if they continue to take orders. They are also not addressing a refund either.

    I placed an order with the company after seeing their product on Instagram.The order was not received within the specified timeframe at the time of purchase and there was no update on the order status on the app that I had to download in order to track my order.I emailed the company inquiring about my order. I received an email apologizing and was told I would receive my order by the 15th of July. I emailed the company again on the 21st of July advising them that I still had not received the order and that the app is still reflecting my order is still being processed. At that time I requested that they reimburse my account. At this time I have yet to hear back from Rhino Rope.

    One June 24, 2023, I placed an online order with Rhino Rope for a 38 mm/medium rope (order #*****). I paid $69.99 via Shop. Five days later, having received no update beyond the initial order confirmation, I emailed Rhino Rope and requested an update.On Thursday, June 29, I received an email response purporting to be from ****, a co-founder of the company, citing supply and other issues that delayed my order and assuring me that my order would arrive "around the 15th of July." That is a direct quote - "around the 15th of July."Had that been true, I would have been fine with that timeline.On July 13, I followed up by email and asked for confirmation that my order was still on target to arrive "around" July 15. I received no response and sent another follow-up on the 14th. I again received no response. I tried again on July 15th, "around" which was the supposed delivery date, and again was ignored.The evening of July 15th, approximately 10 pm EST, I used the tracking tool on Rhino Rope's website to track my order. It was listed still as processing and not having shipped. I then emailed RhinoRope asking that my order be canceled and my payment refunded given the unprofessional lack of communication and the company's inability to give me a straight, accurate, or credible answer as to my order's status.In the day's since then -today is Monday, July 17, I have reached out to Rhino Rope twice more requesting that my order be canceled since it hasn't shipped yet anyway, and that I be refunded.I've even referenced my frustration in comments on the company's ******** page. On every "channel (email and social media)," I've been ignored.

    On June 21st, 2023 I placed order for the medium jump rope. They advertise on website fast shipping from our new ********** warehouse.It is July **************************************** early July, I sent email inquiry and I got a canned email from them about delays and higher demand etc with promise of follow up.After a second inquiry requesting to cancel the order and requesting full refund, I got the same canned email as before.The company has horrible processes and no way to get in contact with them other than email.Order number is 20623.I would never order from this company.

    I order a weighted jump rope from RHINO Rope in November 2022. I returned the Jump Rope in December of 2022. The RHINO rope was delivered back to them on 13 December 2022. I have sent several emails and made a phone calls to phone numbers that are not in service. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $84.79.
