    One of Twin Bridges' Garbage Trucks damaged my brand new car, requiring a full bumper replacement and repainting. When I provided dash cam proof and photos, they blew me off.
    I wrote negative reviews then they replied on Google Reviews that they would "take care of it". Since then I have contacted them no less than 5 times via phone, email and Facebook messager and have been completely ignored.

    A Twin bridges truck had an garbage collector arm break that leaked hydaulic fluid all over my driveway. They asked me to send them photos of the incident. When i did they stopped responding. I then had to call them and ask them to please clean and remove all the stains. They still have not responded with a resolution. When i spoke to the supervisor he indicated water would remove the stains. They are taking no responsibility for what they did. Shame shame shame

    When I first joined up with Twin Bridges I thought they were great. However, in the last 2 years or so, their prices have increased twice. Also, their service is inconsistent - - they miss picking up recycle bin for instance -- on pick up day. You call customer service - they tell you they will be back later -- but doesn't happen. Then need to call again -- say they will be back next day... "fingers crossed"

    Twin Bridges has raised prices significantly over the past 24 months. Their service price has increased 38.46% over that time as compared to the consumer price index for all good and services growth of just 6.20%. Twin Bridges does not notify about upcoming price increases, price going up 9% again. Twin Bridges also charges for services they do not provide. Based on the significant price increases I canceled service. They refused to provide a credit for the pre-paid service based on service they did not provide. Picked up 3 of 5 weeks in the month or 60% service provided and still charged for a full month. This is a company that does not care about consumers, just revenue and profit!

    Although proof is not available in any form from us, TB boss told my wife the waste service would be covered for a year if we defected away from County Waste. Six months goes by and they start charging. We questioned the other six months and they produced a contract that said 6 months. Media has already exposed this deceitful practice. I asked them about this again, (today) when also hearing about a merger with a Vermont company. All they sent me was the old contract I was already aware of. So I gave them a chance to kick in the 6 months they should have honored, and they basically blew me off. So HERE I AM! I am under contract for two years and would have to pay $50 to get out. I'm not interested in giving them that opportunity. I want to get what is owed me and get out w/o penalty. Please let me know....

    They neglected to pick up my recycling on Wednesday. I called customer service and was told they would come back. They didn't. I called customer service again and was told glitch in computer was at fault. Then was told they would return on Sunday. This seemed odd so asked to speak with supervisor. Supervisor assured me that pick up would be Sunday So far I have hauled that container to the curb and back several times. This is not easy at 89 years. ******** *****

    Thus far we're very happy with Twin Bridges' Service. By the time we get up in the morning, the trash and recycling have already been picked up, thus the cans don't have to stay outside all day. We previously had biweekly service with another vendor which worked for us, but it's nice to have the service each week if you need it. The pricing is perfect too! Hope you're not planning to increase prices anytime soon.
