    I paid for Step Out Buffalo to advertise our first fundraiser. We paid them $730 to do so. I believe they did not deliver what was promised. The first problem is that the employee said to me that we would only have to sell 60 tickets to cover the marketing cost and we would even make money because those people would buy silent auction tickets. He also stated “what makes you think we can’t sell 400 we’ve done similar events before and sold that many”. I now see this was a marketing tactic. I had to contact him twice to remind him to post on ********. I then updated the title of the event and it took the posting off of their website. I had to be the one to tell him this happened. After that they said they would post on their ********* stories with a link to the event. This day we got ZERO sales making me believe that we had no sales from them after paying $730. The last thing was they said we would be in the “things to do this weekend” section of an email. We never were and were only in the upcoming events section which is not a prime location for consumers to look yet we were charged the same amount as the businesses in this area of the email.
