    We just had a sale with Carnaby estate sales and Nicole and her entire crew were amazing. Everything was displayed so beautifully, they definitely know how to set up to sell. We had an incredible turn out and a very successful sale. I highly recommend Nicole’s Carnaby Estate Sales.

    Carnaby Estate Sales just did the estate sale for our parent's home - we could not have been more pleased!
    Their professionalism from start to finish was awesome. The house was a bit of a mess (understatement), but they sorted everything (they did warn us that it would look like a tornado hit it until it came together miraculously at the end - when everything had its place and categories were together; we were really impressed) and researched many items to make sure they brought in their optimal value.
    All trash was bagged and put in back of the house for the clean-out people after the sale (they were very clear about the whole process). They also gave us lists of charities who picked up items afterward, and reputable clean out companies who all gave a free estimate to remove the leftover contents (years of trash accumulation) and sweep afterward for a very reasonable price.
    They have a great sliding scale where you just pay for what you need - we needed a lot of labor hours, but their commission was much lower than other companies, so it averaged out to far less than other estimates we had gotten. Their set-up was really nice as well - we got a lot of comments from friends on how that really seemed to get people buying.
    Could not recommend more highly!

    I had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to help with my hoarder parents home (which I did appreciate) however they were not only disrespectful with my parent's property, they left a huge mess of garbage in the yard all while the estate sale was going on which led to people coming on the property after the sale to trespass and steal things that were thrown out. I had asked about a dumpster for the garbage, and was told it would not fit in the yard, so they decided against it. There was no communication about the pile of garbage in the backyard, which had their been I would have taken care of it while the whole process was going on. Once I received the funds for the sale, they took more than I actually made from the sale due to their percentage and their man hours. I had people who were overseeing the whole process and they informed me that the people were not there that often, not to mention had taken stuff from the house before the sale even started. When I went to the house to check on the process, my parents belonging's were just thrown all over the place, not to mention I noticed things had been broken. I am so disappointed in myself for using this company, and wish I could go back in time and take it back.
