On 4/17/23 I contracted with this company to replace the siding, soffits, flashing and gutters on my home for a total of $35,000. On 4/17/23 he requested a down payment of $20,650.00 for materials. I wrote him check # ****. In early June of 2023 the company removed all my siding. The company said they could not get the materials until end of August 2023. In September of 2023 he started the job. On 10/11/23 he said he needed more money for his labor and I wrote him check # **** for $5,459.00 He only came a few hours a day- all his employees (2) ended up leaving the job. When he was here he spent most of his time on the phone. Days would go by and he did not come. Between weather and him not showing up we ended up going through the winter with half our house exposed to the elements. In April of 2024 he started coming back and working sporadically. We begged him to please finish the work but he continued with only a few hours a day and long periods between showing up. We paid him in full for materials at the start of the job and we still don't have all the materials. He has not been here since 6/11/24. There also is no escrow # on the contract- I believe it is illegal for him to take money directly without an account listed on the contract. I did not know that at the time of the contract. Here we sit with our house unfinished and the quotes we are getting to finish the work are very expensive- far more than the price he quoted.

I hired Mr, K****** in May 2023 to complete house repair after a fire in January 2023. He came out and gave me an estimate. gave him the deposit amount that he asked for. Which was more than half of the estimate. The work was supposed to be completed on October 1, 2023, it is now a year later after money was exchanged and the job is still incomplete. It was always excuse after excuse, my guy quit, someone died, I hurt my back, my trailer broke, my dogs died. He was running out of excuses. He stopped communicating in April 2024 and I haven't seen or heard from Mr. K****** since. The work that he has done has been sub-par, to say the least, and caused additional damage as he went along to try and be able to charge me more in the end. Mr. K****** is an a la carte contractor but doesn't tell you that. I had to pay extra for four windows, a french door, and a dumpster. I am severely disappointed in Mr. K****** taking advantage of someone after a tragedy like a fire. I now have to find someone else to complete (redo) the work that was supposed to have been done by Mr. K******.

Signed contract on 5/20/2022 with business to tear off and replace roof of garage, side garage and remove lead based paint from garage. Paid $4,000 at signing of contract and another $3,000 at start of work on 7/11/2022. Contractor wrapped 2 sides and part of front of garage with vapor wrap and work stopped. No lead paint removal was done as you could see through the wrap there had been no scraping of paint. Winter came and went and 1 side of the wrap blew off due to winds and ended up tangled in a tree which had to have branches cut to remove the debris. I continually reached out to contractor who would commit to come to work and then never show and never call. He enjoyed sending me a text photo of what ever problem he had preventing him from doing the job. On 10/26/2023 I sent a certified letter cancelling the contract and requesting the delivery of the remaining materials I paid for to get the job done. I have had no response from the contractor. The roof of the garage is leaking, which the contractor is aware of. It may not last the winter. The contract had been open for 1 year and 5 months.

Company was called for electrical work inhouse we had bought immediately after moving in (February 9, 2023). Dave came to look at work and quoted us a price around $3000. He was given a $2400 down payment for supplies, etc. He has taken all of the breaker boxes down, not finished any work. He has been not showing up for scheduled service times for 2 + months. Will no longer respond to calls or text messaging. Breakers are consistently tripping 1-2 a week.
