    looking at the customer *** * review, I question the value of BBB. *** * made be a difficult customer but paying $12000 for a correct size shower should be noted. How can I trust BBB rating.

    I have the most beautiful huge window from Braymiller. Two side windows can crank open. Love that the screens are on the inside. Also I have a back door with the vertical blinds between the panes of glass. Again, no problems with door or storm door in these tough WNY winters. Great service. ******** Tonawanda NY

    Hired Braymiller Builders to install a shower. The first shower they installed was smaller than the shower I purchased, the VP tried to convince me that it would feel bigger than it actually was and I should just accept the smaller shower. This shower also leaked! The company finally agreed to replace the shower in another 10 weeks and I could put a towel in the shower if I was worried about the water leak. The installer finally shows to replace with the correct size shower and makes snide remarks about me wanting the correct size! The installer does a sub-par install again the second time including hanging the doors crooked so they don't line up, causing leaks, trashed the toilet and sink with caulk, stained the top of the toilet. I contacted the VP again, he said they would fix the doors and replace the seat. They never did. They refuse to correct the crappy install and will not respond to me at all. $12000 for a sub-par leaking shower. Save your money, go to a major home improvement store, it will cost you half the money and they stand behind their work!
