      We rented this property from *******.com for 3 days. They put beautiful pictures but when we arrived, we found out that property was disgusting, not cleaned in months, stinking with meldew. We have taken video proofs of the property and happy to share it. Since it was too late in night (mid night), we decided to sleep on floor since beds were filthy and disgusting, we left in the morning. Due to meldew, kids slept in the car whole night. Property owner charged $1371 and when we called her, she said she will charge $550 for one night and cleaning and refund other money. We did not agree, and now she has taken all our money and have not refunded anything. She does not return phone call or text. We filed complaint with *******.com but they are of no help. Her rental business needs to be stopped immediately as she is running a complete fraud here by overselling a filthy, disgusting meldew filled not livable property...we also need our money back. Please help!!!

      1)  The website and the pictures were taken by ****** who do the vacation rentals and *******.com, ****, etc send all the renters through ******. If my property was not fit enough to be online, ****** would never have posted the pictures. My cleaner cleans the property every time the tenant leaves so I don't know how ***** says the property was not cleaned for months as I had tenants all the month of August. ***** and his family arrived at 5.15 pm on August 5th and complained about Air conditioning. I informed them that as per website, there is no air conditioner but there are fans in every room and I also asked them if they are not happy, they can leave and get a room in the hotel which is just down the road and I would refund them the full amount. instead they stayed the night, biked up and down my lawn, ripped my lawn, used my facility and had pizza boxes all over. They threw the mattresses from the bed to the floor. I had to pay extra to my cleaner to clean up after them and pick the mattresses from the floor and put them back on the beds. They checked out at 12.30 pm on the 6th instead of 10.00 am which is the check out time and they wanted to come back and use my property again. I have video showing them using my property biking and also text message saying they would like to come and use my property again. According to *******.com, I am supposed to refund ***** 272.24 but as a courtesy the full amount of 1361.20 was refunded to ***** on August 17th through Square. I feel that I got ripped off by a bad tenant.Shaheen
