      We bought our doublewide from Interstate Homes. Great in the beginning. We ordered it signed papers this was during covid. This was in 2021 ordered we order home I believe. Because of covid we had to redo paper work the date had ran out first set signed. We had order everything gas furnace hot water heater and dryer hook up. So when we signed second set of papers assuming same as first set we signed. Second set had electric hot water heater and electric dryer hook up. Also want to add when we started reading the man that sold it to us said we will be here for hours if you read through it’s the same as first set you signed. So when we came in and saw all the electric stuff instead of natural gas we were not happy. When we called the they said nothing you can do you signed papers. The doublewide was never delivered until April of 2022. We lived in a camper with two teen girls was suppose to be a two weeks ended up 8 months. So as you can imagine we were excited to move in. Once through and the owner was paid he became very nasty to my husband and the nasty language was awful. I don’t know how he keeps business. So in June I had a knee replacement had to use a walker so I told them I need to move in before that. Never happened so when released I called interstate and told the I being released from the hospital we need move in our home. They said if you do you will lose warranty. I said why code enforcer released it. Skirting had to be done and a few touch ups inside.
      This company did a horrible job on the inside of house. Nails sticking out bottom of cabinets molding lose through bumps in the floor where thy put flooring right dow over debris. We had to change wax ring in master toilet first week we were in house. Our hot water heater went within two years. I definitely do not recommend this business to anyone. It was a horrible experience.
