    I recently purchased an overlay for my recliner chair from this company, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. While the representative, ****, I worked with seemed pleasant at first, everything changed when I decided to return the product.The return process was an absolute nightmare. My emails went unanswered for weeks, and when I did get a response, it was full of excuses and delays. It took multiple follow-ups and several months to get acknowledgment of my refund request. After finally agreeing to process the refund, **** dragged out the process even further, leaving me waiting for over several more weeks and requiring additional emails just to see any *********** the end, I only received my refund after issuing a firm ultimatum. **** still charged me a 15% fee for returning the product.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company if you value any sort of reliable after-sales support.
