    In the Spring of 2024, I was shopping for price quotes on a survey of my vacant land, located in ******, **, and I called PV Associates. I was told the cost was $500, with an upfront 50% deposit required and they asked for my email address and lot number to send the written proposal via email. PV Associates never sent me a proposal, I did not pay the required upfront 50% deposit and in the end I never received a survey of my property. I followed up with the company and asked that they also please include the proposed cost of an Engineer's site plan and representation with the Town of ******, ** to obtain all of the necessary approvals to build a new house. Over the next month or two, I spoke with and/or left messages with the nice folks who answer the phone, but I never received any proposal. On or about July 8, 2024, I received an invoice via email in the sum of $500. I called and left a message with PV Associates asking them to please cancel the invoice that I received in error. PV Associates returned my call and in summary, the fellah explained that he did the work. I stated that I did not receive any proposal, was never invoiced for an upfront 50% deposit and the work that I was seeking was more than just a survey, and if the original work was done, then please send a copy of the survey, as all that I have received to date is a spartan email invoice to pay $500 online. I was then told by PV Associates caller that the proposed work was just to mark 4 corners of the property and a survey would cost hundred dollars more than $500. Then the PV Associates person hung up the phone on me. As of February 12, 2025, I have not received a survey, but I coninue to receive email overdue invoices in the sum of $500 approximately on a monthly basis. As a remedy, I am asking that PV Associates cancel the invoice and place me on their do not call, email, messenger or mail list.Thanks,****** ********
