    This company repeatedly sent, and charged me for, products I did not purchase. My attempts to cancel via their website and by email were ignored. The only solution is to cancel my debit card, creating other problems. I understand about recurring charges and subscriptions, but this company goes far beyond that. They add on expensive products in either a sneaky or unauthorized manner, and then will refuse to recognize any attempt to cancel.

    WARNING! Never purchase from Bonafide/ ****************. This is the most UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with! Not only have they ignored my wishes to HALT delivery of products -- after repeated communication to STOP sending products. -- but they have the ***** to continue charging me! I had to cancel my credit card, due to UNAUTHORIZED auto charges on my ****** . . Despite this, and after being promised a refund, they circumvented my attempt to protect myself . . . by withdrawing funds from my bank account via ******! NEVER in my life did I expect to deal with something this blatantly fraudulent and wrong! So, do NOT order products from this horrible company. They will try to trap you and steal your money - even AFTER clearly cancelling orders. It's crazy! I will be filing a lawsuit, if they don't refund my money ASAP!
