    Place order for pizza on 4/28at 5:25p. Food came late, burnt and cold. When reaching to the facility about getting a replacement employee and employer got nasty and made threats

    Consumer ******************* , ordered a pizza Saturday 4/29/30 at 5:27pm. That night was heavy rain and my delivery staff was carefully driving slowly. *************** called us looking for his order stating that he was waiting too long. My worker tried to explain that to him but **************** became very agitated with my female worker and started to get disrespectful towards my worker , she did defend herself which was fully supported by us. **************** actually asked if "our delivery staff is taking their sweet a** time" which was completely rude and disrespectful. When my driver delivered his food **************** told him to get off his property. Then **************** called our shop back and made a false claim the his pizza was burnt at that point I tried to speak with him and he was extremely aggressive and agitated , I told him not to disrespect my staff and he was extremely rude .At no point was ******************* was threatened in any way. *************** told me he was going to report us to you guys at BBB. We told him we was acting pathetic and not to was your time or to ever call us back again. 

    We never had an encounter with a costumer like this ever , we have a very good relationship with our community and this never happed to us in the past.
