    We have issues with two of three storm doors that were installed still under warranty at our residence and each time we have had to called in regard to getting things corrected UNDER WARRANTY with each of the doors, we were told that they would be out on a specific day but couldn't provide a specific timeline. Each time on the scheduled day, we would call towards the end of the day to find out when to expect the technician to arrive, and each time we're told that it was the wrong day and they the business **** construction would always be said to be the next day, not the current day on the phone. They would say it was on the paperwork they sent us and, we're like "what paperwork" each time when there was never any paperwork for any repairs, we needed on our storm doors.
    A representative by the name of ****** is the one who always answers the phone and the one who always does the scheduling. She is downright rude and obnoxious with trying to pass the blame of scheduling issues on the consumer.
    The warranty is about to expire and all we want is for the doors to work properly.
