    One star is even being nice as I was disrespected and cursed at by the ****** Had a servicing scheduled through ****** and they no showed. Their service person called and I returned their call and they hung up and never called back. I call the following day and they insist that they called and instead of being professional and rescheduling the service, I was called an 'asshole' and hung up the phone. Highly unprofessional and no one should give their business to these disgusting people.

    We had a set up appointment spoke to customer that ****** and said we would be calling 30 min prior to Arriving no answer left message waited around for a call back customer called back over 90 min later i had ******* left area customer was upset that we were not coming back we tried to rescadule she was unwilling to take follow up service call and continued with prfofanity. at this point i was not willing to service this customer

    I used *****'s to repair a window A/C unit. He came and said it was a broken fan blade, which he would get and come back. After repeated calls to him to find out when he would be back, he finally returned my call after 2 weeks and made an appointment to come. He didn't show up and again would not return my calls. After 3 weeks I got someone else and found out it was debris on the condenser hitting the blade, which was not broken. *** took my $100. which was to be applied to the repair and didn't come back. He is the worst repair shop I've ever used.

    I called to have my refrigerator serviced and the company that holds my service contract used *****'s Appliance as a sub-contractor for the service call. They came to my home once for 15 minutes. Since the issue was the icemaker, he emptied the bin and asked us to call him the following morning with a report on how much ice was created. After the call he confirmed the ice maker required replacement and would order the part. He has not shown up since his first visit even after multiple calls. It's been two months from his first and only visit. I continue to schedule a follow up visit and no one ever shows up. Be warned. DO NOT use this service.
