    TERRIBLE. They act like they hate people and never want to speak with them. Make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. **************** phone numbers listed are **************** Pay app, their payment processor had accidentally defaulted to an old address after I placed my order. I am very diligent when making online purchases. I had made several purchases recently through Shop Pay and they had always defaulted to my current address. Not sure what happened this time.Right away I noticed and tried contacting Shop Pay, *** Ex AND Lorena Canals to resolve the issue. Only Lorena Canals could fix the issue. Their Whats App number is non working. If you try to text them instead your invite is NEVER ************** is the only option to reach them. They take their sweet time in getting back to you. And in a time sensitive matter like this- that doesnt work.After several attempts to reach them to prevent the rug from being shipped to the wrong address, they finally informed me that it had been intercepted at their shipping facility in ********** and would not be shipped to the wrong address in ******. They also informed me they had updated my account. VERY VAGUE. Updated what? What does that mean? Very lazy communication. Completely unacceptable. Incompetent.Come to find out *** ex said they had no address updates from them. (They lied). And the rug was shipped anyway to the wrong address in another state. (They lied about making sure it was intercepted) basically they did nothing.I got another lazy, vague, slow email from them casually saying there was a mix up and it was never intercepted.This is a terrible company. **************** is everything. Your job as a company is to make your customer service as fast and stress free as possible. This is the exact opposite.

    Unhelpful and seems to only care about money.I reached out to them for help with my order through Nordstrom of one of their rugs.********* did send me a Lorena Canals rug but it was not the correct style. I returned it immediately and Nordstrom has given me a variety of reasons why they won't refund me including, the rug looks worn, not right item...I called Lorena Canals to help support me wiht this issue and they were anything but empathetic or willing to assist.You see, their rugs are made differently. They have different textures, loose thread like designs and such. MY STRONG belief is that Nordstom returns thought this rug looked worn or used because of their different designs. We opened the box and sealed it back up knowing right away it wasn't the correct color or size of the rug we ordered. I didn't look at it in depth but it did not appear worn BUT IT was the incorrect item.all I am asking is for them to help me since this is a $375 rug.I filed a police report against ********* and called my bank in the meantime but how difficult is it to help one of your customers with a order issue by reaching out to Nordstrom.I imagine they don't know the details of your rug designs like you do.This is unfair and horrible service by both parties and I won't rest until I am refunded in full I might never order another Lorena Canals rug after this either as what kind of company refuses to help in a situation like this?The site won't let me put in the order numnber so I have to redact it.
