    On December, 17 2022 I used the Laundromat to wash my bed linens as I usually do since moved to the town in 2019.For the last year the operation of the Laundromat is going down. There are no attendants to help, a lot of washer machine and dryers are not working or in bad, even hazard specially dryers conditions. Very often machines will take money from the laundromat's prepaid card but do not start the washing cycle. Nobody availble to help. So at that day I used the dryer which was broken and distroyed by burn my linens. I contacted the worker, the phone found on the wall and was asking to get me in touch with owner. I asked to informed owner that I expect compensation for destroyed linens since there is totally fault of the business not capable to provide a proper service, not even be present and put sign "broken" . I never got any call from him/her. The reason i am complaining , first of all to bring attention to the business which operation is terrible, considering not only constantly broken equipment but there are laundry dryers are creating fire hazard condition and running without any attendance in the facility. I bough the linens in August, 1 2020 in ********** beyond with other linens set. Unfortunately dont have a receipt. I am very happy with my purchase until one of the sets got distorted. Which is duvet set Global Caravan cost $85 And Wamsutta sheet set $65 (Prices on bed and **** beyond). This amount I am expected to be compensated but mainly hope after this complain the owner with start to work on improving the running the laundromat operation. ***************************************************************************************************************************************** **************************************************************************************************************************************
