    Diligent Auto Solutions is wrongfully denying tire protection claims for pothole damage under my coverage agreement, relying on weak evidence and demanding unreasonable proof despite clear contract terms.Complaint Details:I have a gratis tire and wheel protection plan through Diligent Auto Solutions with my new vehicle. Around March 14, 2025, I submitted a claim through *************** for one tire that developed a bubble after hitting a pothole. A second claim was submitted around March 18, 2025, for a second tire with similar damage. Both incidents fall under road hazard damage, which the plan expressly covers.Diligent denied both claims, incorrectly alleging "curb impact," based on a superficial scrape on one tire, despite no rim damage undermining that conclusion. Witnesses can confirm the tires were in good condition before the pothole encounters. Since the original claims, a third pothole incident has caused two additional bubbles one on each of the previously affected tires.Ive made repeated efforts to obtain a full copy of the contract with all fine print through ******** but they have not been able to produce it. Ive also been unable to retrieve it through Diligent. Their website is unhelpful, and my assigned contact, Mr. ***** has failed to follow up after multiple promises. I called again on Tuesday, and his assistant again said he would return my call he never did. At worst, this is intentional avoidance; at best, its gross negligence.Resolution Requested:I request full approval of my claims and reimbursement of ~$1,200 for tire replacement and installation. Alternatively, if Diligent will not honor its obligations, I request immediate referral to arbitration, as well as a revised claims process that accepts reasonable proof like in-person physical inspection and witness statements, rather than impractical video evidence.
