    We purchased a Z Flash Module for a ********************* 2020 that we utilize for emergencies/demo purpose.On 11/7/2022 the module completely quit working. I reached out to customer service and advising them of the issue. A CS rep by the name of **** responded by saying:Hi!I am not sure where you heard that the stalk activation was unreliable since it is still used today.We came out with the toggle switch activation only since customers were asking for that.We have found that most people still use the Stalk Activation since they want a clean install with no extra wires.Unfortunately we are not able to swap out the Stalk Only activation Z-Flash modules since they are way out of the warranty period.Please let me know if you have any other questions.*************************!I responded by asking if they would be able to repair it and they advised that they cannot as it is out of warranty.These modules are very expensive and it is not feasible to replace it every two years.

    Good Afternoon,

     

    We have been selling the **Flash OBDII Modules for a few years now and we have not heard of them breaking after two years.

    The **Flash OBDII Module ******** has a (1) Year Warranty.If something happens during that time period we ask the customer to send the product back to us and we will send out a replacement.SInce the customer stated that the module was purchased in 2020 the warranty coverage has expired.The customer asked if we are able to assist him and we offered a large discount to purchase a new **Flash.
