    I purchased two rocking hammocks from this company. One of the hammocks was missing the cord that attaches the pillow to the hammock. I tried calling for several days but just keeps giving me a busy signal. I found another number but it just puts you on hold. You never really get to talk to a person. This is a terrible company and I would not advise anyone to do business with them. Talk about taking the money and running.

    Hammock came with defective hardware which I was hoping would be an easy issue to resolve but this company has ignored my emails to customer support, left me on hold for hours, and then advised me to outsource my needs to my local hardware store. Unfortunately, it wasnt that easy and after being promised multiple times that a manager would call me in ***** hours (its been a a week and Ive heard nothing) I feel the need to share this experience. Do not buy from this company. Its not worth the headache and they are COMPLETELY unresponsive to customer issues (even easy ones). You will be ignored and very frustrated.
