I used to use this company for medical supplies back in 2023 and when I got a new job in 2024 it was no longer covered by my insurance. So I called this company and told them to stop sending me stuff. They continued to send me things and send me bills with no insurance coverage. I had to jump through hoops for months to get it returned. I finally got it returned and this was over a year ago and now I'm getting a bill out of nowhere for the supplies that has already been returnedCustomer Answer

I am a type 1 diabetic and last year started the dexcom g6 along with omnipod insulin pump to help manage my diabetes. This company has been terrible with processing and shipping of my supplies needed to prevent me to a DKA, coma or death! Not only myself has had this negligent issue with this company according to their website reviews! My insulin pump cannot and will not work properly without the dexcom supplies this company seems to be withholding more than one occasion. Someone really should look into this company aka Rotek or however u spell it. Chronically ill people need such as myself rely on these products to keep us alive! This company is killing us faster. I'm unable to obtain diabetic supplies covered by insurance for my wife. We've been attempting to obtain diabetic strips and fast clix lancets. Operators tell us their ordered; however, we never receive the supplies. Spoke with numerous operators and they say its being reviewed. Ever since this company has been bought out by ******, we can't obtain specific supplies. We also order the Dexcom 7 monitor. At times 8 or nine will show up at our door. BLN supplies continuous glucose monitors for my 12-year-old son, who is a type 1 diabetic. While service at *** has never been stellar, it has degraded substantially in the past four months, to the point that we are using borrowed supplies from other familes because our order of Dexcom sensors is now 34 days late, and there appears to be no resolution in sight.In summary, our regularly scheduled order from May 3 was not fulfilled, and the automatic refill removed from my profile on the website. I received no emails or notifications about the the apparent cancellation. I ordered the supplies manually on May 23 and received an automatically generated email confirming the order (#******). The sensors have not arrived and I have called the customer service number 10 times. Each time the call is routed to an offshore call center. The agents have no ability to view order status and each time they promise a call back within 24 hours. There has never been a call back. Frustrated and angry, I sent an email to customer service explaing the situation in detail. I received back a terse reply stating *** was waiting for "clinicians notes" from our physician. I received a similar notice after complaining in the wake of my previous order, which was also delayed. My physician uploaded the notes. Furthermore, my clinician states that there has been no request for notes from BLN for this most recent order; however, it's important to understand that clinicians notes are only required once every 12 months. Accordingly, there is no need for notes. A phantom charge posted to my account on June 5, referencing an order of sensors from April 27, which never arrived.Customer Answer

This is the only company our insurance company allows us to use for Diabetic Medical Equipment. We have placed multiple order over the past 3 months and our health care provider as well. After muliple calls I have yet to receive a response. My son needs his supplies for his equipment to work properly and help control his Type 1 Diabetes. A month ago he had to go to the hospital due to not having the supplies. Better Living Now is putting peoples lives in danger with their lack of providing care to patients. They outsource there calls to a center in ***** and won't actually answer. They do a call back system but I have called 3 times this week and received no calls back. This is a medical supply company and I have a child with diabetes. These are serious medical issues that could result in my son dying and all they care about is saving a few dollars on their call center. I've been trying to Reorder my insulin pump supplies and continuous glucose monitoring supplies from better living now, recently bought by rotech company, for over a month!! Rotech is horrible. They know nothing. I'm told someone will call me back. Give times already. Nothing. I'm currently borrowing medical supplies. I'm so frustrated. February 19th committed to shipping Dexicon 6 sensors within 5 days. I have spent more than 30 hours trying to get this regularly sipped necessary medical supply for my diabetic son. I ordered diabetic supplies and was told that they were shipping Thursday January 29. It is now March 4th and I called and was told it was declined. I now have only three days left of supplies and as anybody knows a person with type one diabetes needs insulin and needs to diabetic supplies and this company is messing around with peoples lives. I just want my supplies.
