To Whom It May ******** We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint. The complainant did engage our services on or about August 19, 2022 and completed initial interviews with our staff. Due to a myriad of factors, our expectation was the possibility of an increase in payment, which was disclosed in writing. We immediately began the follow up process required to successfully secure a work out of her home loan. On or about October 21. 2022 we confirmed that a workout had been obtain, but again, due to several factors, the payment increased. She informed us that she would accept. Knowing the financial hardship it would cause to pay the firm and her regular payments, we agreed to discount our fee. Contrary to her assertions, we did, in fact, stay in constant contact with her and her lender. We are most disappointed to see that she contacted you to file a complaint when in fact we completed our services as agreed. We consider the matter closed and would appreciate you reflecting this resolution in your file as well.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have not heard back from Friedman Law. They believe that they are correct and hat they nothing wrong. They lied to me from the start and when ********** got into touch with Friedman they passed onto me wrong information. At that time IO did accept the offfer they to find out they gave me a wrong information.  I am not going to loose my home.

I just want my money back and for them meaning FRiedman to acknowledge that they were wrong.
