    I have bought a backpack that cost more than 200$ dollars and they claim that they have a lifetime warranty and when the backpack has got some damage I sent it for repair they made me pay 40$ to send them the bag and when i received the bag back it was clearly not even usable again due to the cheap fix they have applied stitches that are not even close to the backpack with the sent condition. I don’t recommend this brand for the money they charge for what they claim. I wish I can upload pictures of the bag after what they claim it is repair.

    This company might have one of the best products in the industry; but they have the worst customer support. I bought one of their suitcases, and when it arrived the product was defective, so I proceed to call them. I sent pictures but still I had to return the unit, and until they receive they will refund the item. They do not want to replace. Now that they received they claim they have a problem in their system and will take 2 weeks to get my money back so I can order it again. It could be as simple as just replacing the item, but they just don't care that their customer buy their products because are needed!What a shame of company with n amazing product.
