    This company grossly underestimated my home and contents. The sale didn't even cover what it cost me to pay them for their service. They do they did not add up to 400 items as they said and I am left with half a house full of stuff and well over $900 I paid to them making $1100 back taking 3 days off from work . This was a complete loss. The associate working the liquidation was instructed not to put any furniture in unless it had a base instead of $2 Instead they did not do this and a $5000 curio cabinet went out the door for $2 no 1 at relocators wants to take responsibility for this gross undertaking of my home the person I was dealing with named **** told me that they were very good about taking care of people if they had a complaint he couldn't have been more wrong. Upon talking to 3 different people they all say the same thing and they were all very nasthanks they don't take responsibility for any of their mistakes the customer is always wrong I want my money back

    Upon cleaning up after them because they left a ***** found 11 items broken some pieces to these items were found in a glass.these items had to be trashed and purchase price on these items resulting in more than ****** in loss.

    ***, and **** did a phenomenal job moving my 90 year old Dad from ********** to Long Island. Very professional, kind, and patient. I highly, highly recommend Relocators.
