      I did a back yard design two years ago paid 100K to this company. I have been going back and forth with items purchased that go bad expensive stuff. First the firepits the color peel off (not suppose to happen), then the out door refrigerator the electrical power cord went bad I Had to pay $400 to get it fix but they said it was burn out also blame me for it because of the way it was power off for the winter. now the outdoor tv. little by little everything is going in less then two years and they don't want to take respond. Everything had warranty until now something goes wrong the warranty is expired. The TV was wrongly installed (the company that sells it told me in an email) it was to be installed for partial sun they put it on a wall with Full sun now I am being told that I was told and that I didn't want to pay more money. Meanwhile, I paid for everything that was recommended by them, I was never told they just put what they had in stock as per the company that sold the TV. They are not answering any of my text or phone calls. Last time I spoke to them they were working on getting me a replacement for the TV, they were coming to paint the firepit and fix the lighting that is now also hanging because the tape they used to hang failed. This is a big job I trusted them now they are not responding or taking responsibility. I have given them enough opportunity to contact me and response before contacting you. I have been reaching out to them since April 2024. ***** or *****. ***** is the person I have been contacting basically every day ************ ***** was the designer who I first contacted to start this work. I also text him and call no reply as well ************
