    I am extremely disappointed with the services I have received! I'm a new customer who placed an order due to all the positive reviews online but I should've checked the BBB first because I would have never decided to move forward with this business! I placed an order to try out 5 pairs of glasses through my ****** account which automatically generated my old address without allowing me to physically put my current address in myself! I immediately sent a message to customer support the instant this happened because this happened 10/6/24 (over the weekend and not open). On 10/7/24 (Monday) I got a response that my shipping address was corrected and I would receive my shipment. After checking the tracking number on 10/9 (Wednesday), I realized my order was in transit from ******** to ******* when I currently live in *************. I reached out to customer support again regarding this matter and I got no response! I went through the proper channels to get this issue rectified and nothing basically was done! My shipment should have immediately been canceled and corrected to the right address! This is not my fault and I should not have to pay for a $10 shipment I never received nor should I have to pay full price for all 5 of these glasses if they aren't returned within the 7 day window policy due to something like this happening beyond my control! I checked the tracking again today (10/11/24) hoping for good news, only to see that my package was successfully delivered to my old address in *******! I am requesting a full refund without being responsible for a lost shipment! Thanks!

    Started with a rude tech on live chat "like a told you yesterday" She got mad because a would text everyday my tracking changed. It went from del date to in transit to late on its way She told me **** tracking was just an estimated date . Then I got a DELIVERED on tracking which I did not receive so I emailed. This customer service told me to contact my PO and they would do the same. My PO came back with a picture of a dot in my yard from the sky as proof of del so they told me have 39 file an insurance claim . 39 told me they did that and expect a call from PO . 2 weeks go by with no phone so I email back they tell me just wait for call I get mad get a call from a 39 boss. Talking with him gets no where . He 1st tells me no need to recap he has read all my emails and text . Which by listening to him talk was a lie , he didnt read my emails . Blaims me for choosing **** to ship , offers as a COURTESY to remake my glasses for 50% . We are talking about 1 pair of $113 dollar glasses. So instead of just sending me a 2nd pair with a better tracking shipper he wants $55 more of my money ! What ever happened to a customer is always right ? 39 dollar is Just another *********** that likes to rip the little guy off. Find the cheapest manufacturer and had 125% profit !

    I received 2 pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription. In total I spent over 2 hours on the return process and then I was not fully refunded. When I demanded a full refund because it was not my fault they shipped the wrong lens I was told very rudely twice I would not be receiving a full refund because their policy is stated on there website and non refundable. Very unhelpful and rude customer service. avoid at all cost. I could understand the policy if I was returning glasses I didnt like but they were unusable due to their manufacturing error.

    Absolutely do not have this terrible company replace your lenses. They replaced my lenses and shipped them with huge gaps. They only inserted three of four bolts. Glasses popped apart in my hands. New lenses were too big, really. They did not return my old lenses even when specifically asked in writing. I sent glasses back and asked for a full refund. They refunded and sent glasses back with all the bolts heads stripped. I communicated with them and their reply was that I was lucky they did not charge me their customary 30% restocking fee. I asked for a manager to phone me and, ****************, only emailed, obviously afraid to discuss the mess. NOT RECCOMENDED!!!

    Ive been buying from 39dollarglasses for many years and have never had a problem. I have new lenses put in existing frames and purchased their frames. The quality is excellent. The processing and shipping is extremely fast. They frequently have sales up to $15 or $20 off the $39 price. I wish they had more frame options, especially in smaller sizes, but I can usually find something okay.

    Wanted to share my experience with this company when it comes specifically to an option they offer that I chose to add to sunglasses I had ordered. I had been a customer for over 13 years and have ordered probably ***** eyeglasses over that time. I chose to add polarization that they offer for a substantially higher upgrade cost and when they came I was totally happy with them and thought to myself next time I see them run a promo (which they do occasionally) Im going to order another pair which I had done with the company regularly. Over the years Ive purchased the same pair multiple times as I have a larger head and my options are limited. Long story short, the polarization began to flake off from the lenses all the way around on the edges. I returned the glasses within the 90 days and was told that the pair I returned was from a previous order, which I disagreed with. I tried to come to an agreement on repairing the lenses even saying I would pay, in the hopes of being a loyal customer maybe they would offer a discounted price or remedy the situation in some way. I was wrong. I was told basically it was my fault the polarization is flaking off possibly I left them in a hot car or in the sun and buy another pair if I want ($165). Me personally I have never seen the polarization flake off of any other glasses in my life and so far no one else I have asked has either.My honest recommendation if buying eyewear from this site is dont but if you do dont add the add ons and keep it simple. Use em and toss em quality Their name markets the quality youre going to receivecheap! I should have kept them as $39 glasses not $165. this company takes pride in their ************************************************ customers.
