    1. 12/2024: Clothing ordered from Royal Apparel (RA) for someone with cancer diagnosis. Sizes ordered accounted for RA size chart for each item and RA's shrink margin, disclosed by phone pre-order. Cancer patient is a veteran Federal crimes investigator, meticulous, and researched per above. Clothing was to be loose/oversized without being exaggeratedly/ludicrously large.
    2. RA accepted payment under agreement to send merchandise reasonably matching what it advertised. It did not. RA sent clothing defective (all pieces extremely small, fitted and outside reasonable margin of size specifications). 1/8/2025, merchandise holder (with cancer diagnosis) spoke with Royal Apparel's Dina Frenkel and described this (discovered 1/8/2025). RA knowingly told cancer patient it would keep money and keep any merchandise sent back, trying to justify.
    3. When the cancer patient aka merchandise holder informed this is unethical, RA/Dina lied, saying it is unethical for Royal Apparel to refund without cardholder. Untrue, per to Card Issuer.
    4. Also in this conversation, Dina/RA proceeded to manipulate: Merchandise holder committed to emailing photos of defects; Dina refused, claiming a non-professional could not do so properly. Merchandise holder assured competence. Dina then gaslit, saying no refund without evidence. Merchandise holder insisted to photograph; Dina then feigned, saying she did not want to put the merchandise holder through that effort. Dina then stated she would inspect the batch and lots in the warehouse 1/8, but did not, later emailing a note to this effect, delaying.
As a result, all monies paid are to be refunded to card by Royal Apparel except (a) cost of the face mask and (b) cost of the stone sweatshirt and issued by RA close of business 1/10/2025. All defective merchandise will be donated. No merchandise will be sent back to Royal Apparel.
Upon this report, this document also serves as a Demand Letter upon Royal Apparel.
