    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Garment Printer Ink for a serious issue regarding the warranty of my Brother PR1055X embroidery machine.I purchased this machine on April 4, 2024 from Garment Printer Ink. Unfortunately, the machine has recently malfunctioned, requiring repairs. When I contacted Brother to inquire about warranty coverage, I was informed that there is no warranty applicable to my machine. This is despite the fact that I had purchased the machine new and had expected a standard manufacturer's warranty.I am extremely disappointed with Garment Printer Ink and their apparent disregard for consumer rights. The lack of warranty coverage for a relatively new machine is unacceptable. Im still required to pay for a $15,000 machine; I have attempted to file a dispute with Synchrony the credit card company and provided them with proof of my correspondences between myself, Brother, and Garment Printer Ink. I am seeking the following resolution:Warranty Honor: I request that Garment Printer Ink pay for the return of their embroidery machine and refund me the full purchase price of their machine at the time of purchase.Customer Service Improvement: I urge ******************************************* Ink to review and improve its customer service policies, particularly regarding warranty claims.Thank you for your time and attention to this complaint.Sincerely,*******

    I bought the ***** Ri **** DTG Printer from Garment Printer Ink in April 2022. I paid $15,500 for it. I began to have problems with it in July 2022. The main issue is a clogged printer head. I contacted Garment Printer Ink immediately and they helped me over the phone, email and video. I followed all their recommendations including buying several ***** cleaning cartridges and yet the problems persisted. The 1 year warranty is expired. I've called them numerous times and while everyone is very nice, the only solution they're offering now is to buy a new printer head for $2,500.00. I was misled into buying this printer thinking it would be easy to use and maintain. I was never told about the amount of care it requires. It's more work than taking care of a baby! I've had to cancel jobs and lost money while the machine sits idle. I have a small home business and $15,500.00 was a huge investment and it has not paid off. I'm afraid to spend more money buying a new printer head. I believe I was sold a defective printer as I started having problems as soon as I used it. I spoke with ***** directly and their only solution was to offer to sell me a new printer head the same as Garment Printer Ink or a refurbished printer head for $1,500.00. They made sure to tell me that they have nothing to do with my issues as I purchased the machine directly from Garment Printer Ink. They also sent me a form to fill out so that I can become their customer directly and they can troubleshoot the machine but only for 90 days as that's the warranty for the new printer head. Since no one was helping me, I searched for help online and found a group on ******** named ***** Ri100 | Ri **** | Ri2000 OWNERS and found that many other people have this same problem and no one is helping them either. Where can I turn to for help against these companies that are selling a defective product? I'm taking the opportunity to complain to you to see if you can help me resolve this.

    I bought $185 propeel 2 step transfer paper from this company because the reviews were excellent. I watch their video and followed the instructions to ***! In the first 13 transfers, 1 semi-married. I decided to try the part a with propeel paper with the Uninet adhesive to see if it would marry. Would't you know, it married perfectly. The remaining 13 transfers married perfectly with the propeel A paper. I spoke with a customer service representitive who basically told me the humidity in my house was probably the problem. WHAT?? why did it work with the other adhesive B sheet but not your sheet. I feel they are deceptive and the reviews on this product are fake.
