      Hello, I am contacting the BBB in hopes to get a resolution as I have not been able to resolve my issue directly with the party in which I am having difficulty with. In January of 2024 I sent 3 small boxes, 1 tank with clothes and non perishable food, 3 xsmall boxes, 3 regular boxes with miscellaneous items, 1 television, and one computer to ******************, my house that I have there. Out of all of these items I have only received 2 of the small boxes, the tv which arrived broken, and the computer which also arrived defective/chipped. I have tried to get in contact with the person from this shipping company, Junior Hilario but unfortunately he has been sending me on a wild goose chase calling multiple people without giving me a resolution. It is now April and I havent received my items that are worth thousands of dollars nor have I received a reimbursement. The invoice states there is 100% guarantee but they havent proven this to be true.
