  The owner ****** is the best. I had him come and do my ducts and all went well but then I had a problem paying the last installment payment and because of me losing my job he waved that and did the job and finished it anyway on him so I got to say how is a great boss and a great person and truthfully for him to do that and not many businesses would do that for somebody so I've been recommend that you send all your business to Al. We need more businesses and more personal decent people like him to serve us. **** *.

  ProVentAir is the type of business that should make any consumer wary of using the Valpak coupons! I told them when setting up the appointment it was agreed upon but even if you tell them you want to use said coupon when you call to set up the appointment and ONLY the amount of the coupon this is company that models their business on the upsell which is fine if you are honest and forthcoming but Proventair is shady about it! I very clearly said that I did not want anything added to my duct work specifically no biocides just the $249 cleaning -which is what was on the initial work order I signed and approved. They did so much out of the scope not approved that the bill came to over $749 and even though I asked them NOT to do that, I had to pay because they intimated it was a PART of the service which was not communicated as such! These are dishonorable business practices and probably the reason they're only one year old as Proventair! SHADY BUSINESS practices BUYER BEWARE!!!

  ***********************, we are very disheartened to hear that you feel this way. I clearly recall having a direct discussion with you the day after the service was performed. There was an absence of communication between you and your husband. He gave the approval for the additional work to be done. The technician explained in clear transparent language his findings and recommendations to your husband. Your husband was given pricing before any suggested work was carried out and had signed, authorizing approval for additional services to commence. As for our conversation you made clear that you were uninformed of the additional work your husband approved of. As a measure of good faith and good business practice, we mailed you a check for a partial refund which you stated was satisfactory.   Al and his employees are truly remarkable. They do an impeccable.job, at a very reasonable price. They are very professional, and I loved the fact they showed me before and after photos, of what my vents looked like, and what a difference. If I could give them 10 star service, I would.

  From my experience, ProVentAir provides nothing but Top Notch, A+, 5-************ all the way! I called and spoke to the company owner, and not only was he able to accommodate my request for service on a Saturday afternoon, but his technician arrived promptly (exactly when they said they would - no waiting around for hours - imagine that.) The technician was professional, courteous, careful, and neat around my home (before, during, and after cleaning), and also very friendly as well! He took a picture before cleaning and after cleaning and I was blown away at the workmanship. Outstanding customer service and reasonably priced too. I thought, for sure, it would cost an arm & a leg with how the prices of everything has skyrocketed these days. The owner quoted me a price and that's exactly what I was charged. No gimmicks, add-ons, or "upsells." Before googling ProVentAir, I was having a tough time finding someone on short notice willing to work on a Saturday - who was reliable, reputable, and affordable - to clean out my dryer vent as it was blocked and "gunked up" but after ProVentAir's work, the dryer is working beautifully. It's as good as new, and I owe it all to ProVentAir. This company is Aces! They're my new "go-to" company for vent cleaning, bar none. I highly recommend these guys without hesitation! Thank you, ProVentAir
