    System installed - 10/11/2022 Issues noted, and still not addressed The following is a list of the issues that were noticed upon my inspection of the property.An electric line which was underground, enclosed in PVC was hit damaging the electric service that feeds my pool and outdoor fixtures.Zone 1 has one head that placed on my neighbors property. It needs to be moved one foot onto my property. Zone 3 one head not working, the others do not cover area.Zone 9 had a rotary head located within 2 feet of my fire pit. This creates a flood in that area and the we will relocate the Firepit. Zone 4 has a head that points directly at my Central air conditioner, making the zone unusable.A few of the heads located on zones 6 and 7 were set below the dirt line. They are already getting buried and accumulating puddles, they need to be raised.Many of the heads need to be adjusted. They did not have time after the install to properly test and adjust everything. The condition in my backyard is awful. Things were pretty much dug up and there are mud patches everywhere. I seeded, and will need to reseed in the Spring. Disappointing, but time will resolve thisThe access boxes, for the backyard valves for were placed in a highly visible area of my yard. I realize it cannot be moved, but at least, the 2 adjacent boxes should match. The box covers are a mismatch, one looks like a recycled cover.Called service in April and I was told they were too busy to fix my system, Given an appointment for 5/31/2023, no one showed.
