    Automatic Industries, Inc. serves 29 families' laundry needs at **********************. The machines are worn and service only occurs when tenants ************** without notice, new prices were imposed with no upgrades to the machines, and no cleaning was done.The prices were raised from $2.50 to $2.75 and from $2.25 to $2.50. Their net gain is about $200 monthly, which would pay for two new machines yearly.Automatic Industries, Inc. should not burden already struggling ********** and Section 8 tenants with greedy price increases without better service and equipment.Tenants demand new machines and improved service, or return prices to previous amounts.

    Brand new washer is installed in my building, and my clothes have been stuck in it since yesterday due to an error code. I called and left 3 messages with this business, who obviously don't check their messages on weekends (why not just include that bit of info in the outgoing message so I don't waste my time?) Still waiting to get my wet clothes out of the washer.

    For the past 7 years leaving at ******************* this company has had washing machines and dryers here. The washers are never calibrated right. 47 minutes for a large wash it says. Upon putting your card in and starting the machines up, you get 47 on two (2) machines only. The rest 43, downwards to 36. I have called numerous times for a refund and has yet to hear from anyone. This company has to compensate everyone in this building back. I need compensation for wasting money in their machines going back seven (7) years. If there is anyone out there willing to help me file a lawsuit, it will be greatly appreciated. If this was a predominantly Caucasian building, the advantages being taken would not be. We are low income African Americans residents and our voices are NOT being heard. How did this company earn an A+ with the BBB?
