      Issue - on the website, clearly stated - we review orders if the billing and shipping address are mismatched. My does not. I placed order, they charged my account, THEN told me that what is stated on the website is not entirely correct. They also require verification if you are a new customer. They will not ship unless I verify. Again, AFTER they charged me - after they have my money. I called, they state that they have my credit card company on the phone and a lady says she is with my credit card company and she needs my PIN and my bank account password used to change my PIN. I refuse and she goes away and they don't outright refuse to refund my money but I have to ask 4 times. THEN they tell me that I lose 3% processing because I want to cancel. I ask where I would have seen that prior to my order and prior to taking my money. They have no answer. Be VERY cautious in dealing with this company.

      Sad how people like to put out bad reviews when sometimes it's their own fault for not understanding of return policies. Recently put in a large order with this company. Very satisified with the quality of the products, fast shipping and protection for shipping. All arrived in great shape, prices are much better than local wholesallers and company has been great to work with!

      Returned item and have not been refunded after 14 business days of them receiving item via delivery confirmation from **** Contacted PexUniverse 7 business days after item was delivered and was informed the refund would be processed that day. Now another 7 business days have passed and after contacting PexUniverse again regarding refund, I was told it would be another few days to process refund. According to their refund policy, it can take 3-5 business days, 14 business days is well over their policy and unacceptable.

      Not aware of their inventory, not willing to make it right.I ordered a radiant heat manifold big enough to allow for future expansion, and bought caps to seal the unused branches. After shipping the order, they notified me that the caps weren't available after all. I came up with an alternate solution and was willing to buy the new parts ($2 fix) but they want me to pay for shipping the new parts, when they should have been included with my $700+ order. They insist that it is not their fault that they didn't know their own inventory is, "can't" pay for shipping the new parts, and insist that I pay for return shipping if I want to go back to a 3 zone manifold, going so far as to say it is my fault that I didn't order that in the first place. Their own product description page lists the caps I bought as being for the purpose that I bought them for, they just didn't ship all the pieces, and didn't tell me in time to change the plan. Go with a more reputable company.
