    I entered a contract with Sunfar Contracting Corp in September 2022. As the company worked on my home remodeling project, someone broke into my safe and stole my jewelry and gift cards. This was reported to the company, and a complaint was filed with the police department. Soon after, ********************* began to neglect my project for weeks. While working on my project, ***** made decisions without authorization; he dumped dirt from another location, claiming he was leveling my yard. I have witnesses who observed him bringing a loaded dumpster into my backyard. He disposed bricks and dirt in my backyard from another location. When I confronted him regarding the matter, he walked out. Currently, my backyard has garbage that was disposed of from another home. I documented the progression of the project and provided him with before and after pictures of what my backyard looked like before he disposed of the dirt in my yard. I called and made several attempts to reach him to discuss the completion of my project, but he did not respond. Finally, when called his project manager, who claimed they would work on resolving the issue; however, nothing was done. ********************* has not neglected my project and is in breach of contract. ********************* refuses to resolve the issues, leaving me with an incomplete project.
