      Under reservation number *********** we reserved camping Thursday Sept.5 -9 I had to make at least four calls to site office then had to personally drive there about campers surrounding us in particular to site ***  the Ranger addressed site to talk to campers at site *** several times I spoke to the park ranger directly on Saturday September 7th after returning from a day outing and it was like a big concert as other campers were trying to drown out noise from site *** by blasting their music,the ranger told us to call park police which is not our job after the ranger failed to get thru to them , we were there to enjoy our time now the campground is refusing to refund us our money we paid for 4 nites leaving after 2nd nite given no sleep and highly stressful. When we initially arrived the campsite was not ideal in the least so we moved to one across the initial site and it was worse,there were numerous sites on other side of the park that stated empty but told no sites available?but to be denied movement to other spots on other side where it would have been more peaceful and definitely better sites we were told they were booked up but the time we were there nobody entered those sites everybody was clumped together in one section the worst section of the park we ended up having to leave Saturday September 7th because of the noise it was unbearable I let the campground office know that we were leaving the lady at the booth said she would put it through to the main office gave me a number to call at the office then I received email from reserve america from a Melinda saying that they were refusing to refund us claiming ranger did his job,we paid 4 nights we stayed 2 nights , Sept. 6th was a nightmare when the campers did arrive then they started blasting music at 2:00 am , I had to go over there in pouring rain to ask them to be quiet ,in all only sept 5 was the decent stay,I'm requesting 3 nites refund,had to make different plans due to what happened
