    The last 3 times I’ve gone there everything i order is always wrong or horrible. And not for nothing but money adds up. I have two kids i shouldn’t have to call them to see if they can fix it. However they don’t give you a receipt for your order they don’t ever even acknowledge that they mess up they just are plain rude. I called today because I’ve had enough and asked why my iced coffee has no ice in it and it tasted like straight warm water with some carmel drizzle. The manager wouldn’t let me speak she told me she’s not going to let me speak because i HAVE to hear her out or i can hang up. I’ve never experienced more rude employees than i do here at the Herkimer McDonald’s. I understand it’s a rough time for everyone but seriously is that how people talk to their customers right now?? It is absolutely ridiculous. I went in 2 times prior to this ordered meals that ended up costing me about $40 since it has been for my family and i. Each time i had to go back. They don’t care to fix it they don’t care to offer an apology nothing. So now I’m coming on here to get some sort of resolution for myself. The picture attached will show my ICED coffee by the time i came home 2 minutes away from my house and how the ice melted so there is NO way hot coffee wasn’t poured into my cup. And i feel that these employees do it on purpose
