    In early June my Danby wine cooler was not working and Buenos sent a technician. He said needed new part. A week later he came back and installed part. It still didnt work so he came back and found he had not connected a wire. He left but it still didnt work so he came back and said it needed another part. He said he would order and install. He now will not return my calls and not will company which has gone on for weeks. I have now had to buy a new wine cooler.

    Tues. 4/30-Appt is made for technician to look at washer. It is not spinning or agitating.Wed 5/1-Technician arrives at 9:15. Assesses washer, says it need a new gear . Technician says he will get parts and return later. ******* submits payment in full for ******************************* ?Technician arrives in evening on same day. After 90 mins, he determines that he has incorrect parts and will return the next day Thurs 5/2-Technician returns in evening at 6pm to repair washer. He leaves for 90 mins to get tools He returns at 7:45pm, and says job has been completed at 8:25pmEST. Technician says he has tested the washer, and it is repaired. ?Washer is turned on by ******* at 9pm and squeaking sounds are coming from it. ******* plans on phoning office during business hours. Friday 5/3-******* cleans the area surrounding the repair and notices an odor of burnt rubber, which did not exist prior to technician repairing washer. ******* phones the appliance repair office, during business hours, and they say they will contact the technician. Later in the evening, the technician phones back, and says he will come back the following morning. Saturday 5/4-Technician arrives at 9:15am, assesses washer and determines that he did not tighten a s**** properly, and a belt in the washer is damaged as a result. He says he will order the part and return on Tuesday, 5/7. Tuesday 5/7-No contact from office or technician. ******* phones office at 4:45pm, and is told that the technician has been fired, and the owners phone number is provided. Receptionist tells ******* to not allow technician to come back if he attempts to make contact. ?******* phones owner of appliance repair company at the number provided. The owner comes to assess the washer, and determines that the motor has failed. ?Technician who was terminated calls ******* at 8:15pm to complete the repair. ******* declines to have him return.
