    On November 17, 2022 I Wind Service came to my house to fix my Kitchen Aid oven, on December 10, 2022 they installed the electrical panel, 2 days later my oven was still not working properly, the thermostat will not operate above 325 degrees otherwise it shuts off, which it has for 18 months.I called them and they said the new part is backordered, I called Kitchen Aid, who gave me Wind Service as a recommendation, they say the part is in stock, I am not getting any satisfaction from Wind Service, I just want my oven to work properly, I have had to cook my Thanksgiving turkey on the grill for 2 years! Along with any other meal that requires higher heat.

    Reported Refrigerator / Freezer was not cooling back on 08/29/22. Asked for Service Technician to be dispatched A.S.A.P. Service Technician showed up to diagnose problem 2 weeks later as possible "Freon Leak - No Freon" and left saying "No one will work on this - Unsanitary." I was still cleaning up after losing all of my food. Generated about 10 bags of Trash due to food spoilage. Filing Food Spoilage claim as well. I called Company again and found out they closed out the Repair ticket. They told me I had to call *** / Whirpool to open a new Service ticket. I did and still currently waiting for call back from Wind Service to schedule new Service appointment. My Refrigerator / Freezer is clean and I need the Service Technician to come A.S.A.P. and repair the unit which may cost more than $700. The Company is not returning phone calls and putting me off. I have complained with *** / Whirpool Warranty Service to try to resolve this matter. My next steps are BBB and *************************

    On 8/30/22 this company was hired through whirlpool to come fix my dishwasher. The guy came took 2 pieces off and then said he cant pull the dishwasher out because he had back surgery and just returned to work. Then when he put the pieces back on he didnt do it properly. I later realized that the door wont open all the way. When I called the company back, they were very unprofessional and told me they would have the manager call me back at some point today. So now Im hanging around waiting and not getting this problem resolved.
