    On April 19, 2025, I hosted an event at Pearl Banquet Hall. Unfortunately, the venue failed to fulfill several critical services outlined in our contract, resulting in significant disruption, emotional distress, and a compromised experience for our guests.Details of the Complaint:The event space was not vacated on time, which delayed our vendors from setting up as scheduled.The agreed-upon number of tables, as listed on our invoice, were not available at our designated start time. Additionally, the bride and groom tableexplicitly included in our invoicewas never provided.3 tables had to be moved due to unsafe placement directly next to a speaker - 30 guests had to stand up and relocate during our event.The bridal suite was in an unsanitary and unacceptable condition.A surprise birthday celebration we had planned for our fathers was destroyed when staff placed the birthday cakes directly in front of the stage at the beginning of the eventdespite clear instructions that the cakes were to be brought out later as part of the surprise.A photo slideshow which we had coordinated in advance was never played during the event.Staff left our party favors unattended in the lobby, and guests from another event were seen taking them.I provided detailed event plans to Fraddy on multiple occasions leading up to the event. He repeatedly reassured me that he would be present to oversee the execution and ensure everything went smoothly. However, he was not present on the day of the event, and the staff who were assigned in his place failed to deliver on several key responsibilities.These failures constitute a breach of contract and significantly impacted the success of our event. We paid $24,782 for this event. We are seeking appropriate resolution and accountability from Pearl Banquet Hall for these numerous service failures and the distress they caused.
