    This company was awful and frustrating to work with. They never respond to emails or calls. The installation was extremely problematic. They put the handles (leather straps) on backwards on our bedroom cabinet. The holes that they drilled are too big and now the handles are loose. They drilled one of the holes on our living room cabinet crookedly, so I needed to put a piece of rubber around the screw just to keep the handle from moving around. Now I see a large number of bad reviews, particularly focusing on installation. I only wish I had researched and read these reviews before I hired this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to receive unprofessional, unsatisfying results.
